Our products help brands decrease online returns, boost sales and run more sustainable operations by utilising the data they have and helping them become more data-driven. We are looking for a high-energy, driven customer success manager who has an existing knowledge of SaaS, e-commerce and direct B2B sales. You will be onboarding our solutions to new prospect accounts in the SMB (small and medium-sized business) segment.

We care deeply about building strong, long-term relationships with our customers, so we’re looking for candidates who can balance the need to move fast with a personal approach at the right pace for each customer. The position is fully remote.

Our customers are small and medium-size online fashion brands. Your role is to be their go-to person from the moment we sign them and for the rest of their time with our company.


You will be responsible for:‍

β€’ Onboarding new customers and assisting our integration team. Essentially, you will be a bridge between our tech team and customer's business to ensure that the integration goes as smooth and as fast as possible.

β€’ Guiding product adoption, while ensuring that the customer gets maximum value from Easysize products. This includes customer updates on new releases & product updates.

β€’ Building long-term and trusted relationships with our customers and ensure high satisfaction, low churn and ever-increasing CLV.

β€’ Collaborating with tech teams to solve technical support requests in a timely manner

β€’ Identifying and nurturing new opportunities at the account level and work closely with sales to close upsell.

β€’ Managing internal customer awareness to align account growth and product development.



β€’ 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar CS role – especially within SaaS B2B tech industries and dealing with customers from SMB segments.

β€’ A propensity for relationship building

β€’ Ability to work independently

β€’ Paying attention to detail

β€’ You are a quick learner.

β€’ Be active on social media : customer support & brand awareness

β€’ You are great at multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing your time effectively.

β€’ You have experience using CRM systems (ideally, HubSpot).

β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills

β€’ You are fluent in English


Nice to haves

β€’ Familiarity with Jira is a big plus

β€’ Working at another SAAS company is considered a plus

β€’ Speaking in multiple languages

Experience with Shopify platform / tools / agencies
