Shopify Agency Partner Manager

Easysize is a B2B SaaS company working with (direct-to-consumer) online fashion brands around the world. Our products help brands decrease online returns, boost sales and run more sustainable operations by utilising the data they have and helping them become more data-driven. We are looking for a high-energy, driven Agency Partner Manager who has an existing knowledge of SaaS, e-commerce and previous experience working in and/or with e-commerce agencies.

In the Agency Partner Manager role, your mission is to develop and manage relationships with Shopify e-commerce agencies that work with fashion brands globally. You will be the go-to person that will maintain a mutually beneficial partnership, and generate referrals and opportunities for our sales team.


You will be our first hire and will help us to build an agency partnership program focusing on Shopify agencies. You are ready for the challenge of further growing and scaling our agency partner program.

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of existing agency partners
  • Together with our sales team, create, execute and maintain agency partnership and referral programs
  • Generate referrals and new business opportunities for our sales team
  • Collaborate across the customer success, sales, marketing and product teams to drive new agency partner opportunities
  • Identify and support marketing opportunities with agency partners to increase awareness of Easysize and generate opportunities for our sales team
  • Actively reach out to relevant agency partners to present our solutions and secure long-lasting and beneficial partnerships


  • 2-3 years of business development experience within the SaaS space
  • Experience with working with agencies – ideally Shopify e-commerce agencies
  • Understanding of the Shopify agency and app ecosystem
  • Experience working with Hubspot CRM or similar CRM software
  • Diligent maintenance of records in CRM
  • High-energy, get-things-done attitude
  • Ability to understand and communicate our product to a business buyer
  • Full fluency in English – the ability to express your ideas clearly in persuasive emails and written communication

Nice to haves

  • Previous experience building agency partnership is a huge plus
  • Speaking in multiple languages
