General

By using this site, applications/extensions for e-commerce platform and/or a sizing technology through API in any way you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Easysize ApS (“Easysize”) reserves the right, to modify, alter or otherwise update these terms from time to time. If you do not agree with any of the below conditions, do not use this site.

Privacy

All information that Easysize receives will be treated as confidential material and will only be used by Easysize and not passed on to others. If Easysize ApS informs a third party about the sizing technology all information about users will be anonymous and it will not be possible to trace any individuals. The only exception from the above is that Easysize accumulates compounded data in order to predict future order sizes better.

Copyright and Trademarks

The trademarks and logos displayed on this site are the property of Easysize or other third parties. Reproduction or distribution of content from this site, including, but not limited to images, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations or audio and video clips is prohibited without the prior written consent of Easysize. Easysize and the Easysize logo are trademarks of Easysize ApS. Other products, trademarks or brands referred to from or on this website is copyright of their respective owners.

Billing, payments, and subscription terms

1. Shopify Billing

‍For customers utilizing Shopify Billing, all subscription fees, invoicing, and payment processing are handled directly through Shopify’s Billing API. You may manage your billing settings, upgrade your tier, or terminate your subscription directly within your Shopify Admin or the Fit Quiz Admin panel. All such actions, including cancellations, refunds, and adjustments, are governed by and processed in accordance with Shopify's Billing API rules and regulations.

2. Legacy Monthly Plans

‍For customers on a Legacy Monthly Plan, subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless formally terminated.

• Termination & Notice Period: Either party may terminate the subscription without cause by providing written notice to finance@easysize.me (and other relevant company representatives) no later than thirty (30) days prior to the final month of service ("Notice Period"). For example, if your monthly subscription cycle runs until May 15th, the written termination notice must be received before April 1st. Upon the expiration of the subscription term, your access to Fit Quiz and Easysize services will be deactivated.
• Non-Refundability: All monthly fees are non-refundable, regardless of when the termination notice is given during an active billing cycle. You retain full access to use Fit Quiz/Easysize services for the remainder of the paid subscription cycle.
• Discounts & Transferability: Any promotional or additional discounts apply exclusively to the initially agreed-upon period and will not carry forward to subsequent renewal periods. Subscriptions are strictly store-specific and cannot be transferred to another online store or domain.
• Price Changes: Any modifications to your monthly plan pricing will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days prior to your upcoming renewal date and will require your explicit approval.

3. Annual Plans

‍For customers on an Annual Plan, the subscription automatically renews for successive twelve (12) month periods unless formally terminated in accordance with these terms.

• Termination & Notice Period: Either party may terminate the annual subscription without cause by providing written notice to finance@easysize.me (and other relevant company representatives) no later than thirty (30) days prior to the final month of the subscription year ("Notice Period"). For example, if your annual contract runs until May 15th, the written termination notice must be received before April 1st. Upon the expiration of the 12-month term, your access to Fit Quiz and Easysize services will be deactivated.
• Non-Refundability: All annual fees are non-refundable, regardless of when the termination notice is submitted during the active billing cycle. You retain full right to use Fit Quiz/Easysize services throughout the remainder of the paid 12-month period.
• Discounts & Transferability: Any promotional or additional discounts apply exclusively to the initial 12-month billing cycle and will not carry forward to subsequent annual renewal periods. Subscriptions are strictly store-specific and cannot be transferred to another online store or domain.
• Overage Fees: You may be subject to additional fees if your total number of stores or your cumulative monthly order volume exceeds the limits originally agreed upon in your subscription tier. Any additional fees will only be applied upon your prior review and formal approval.
• Price Changes: Any modifications to your underlying annual contract pricing will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days prior to your upcoming 12-month renewal date and will require your explicit approval.

Liability disclaimer

The site, services and materials, are provided by Easysize under these terms of service “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.Easysize does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that Easysize or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.Easysize does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in Easysize web site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.The use of the site, services or the downloading or other use of any materials takes place at your own discretion and risk and with your agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, loss of data or other harm that results from such activities including any damages resulting from computer viruses. The material that you read in this site is provided solely for promotional purposes.

Modifications to site, service and materials

Easysize may at any time and from time to time modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site, services, or materials, or any portion thereof, with or without notice. You agree that Easysize shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the site, services, or materials.

This website contains links to other websites. Easysize is not responsible for the content on or correct operation of these sites. These sites are subject to their own terms of service and copyright. Links are provided without warranty or liability by Easysize. Easysize is not liable for direct or indirect damage to your business or computer systems incurred by the use of these sites.
