JACK1T makes modern British outerwear for people who refuse to blend in. The brand was born in London, where four seasons can happen before lunch.
That weather is the reason the brand exists. The city rarely sticks to the forecast, so the jacket has to keep up. JACK1T makes limited-run puffers, rain shells, windbreakers, and coats for those changes. It is built to handle the rain and the wind. Each piece is cut to look sharp at the office, on a night out, and everywhere in between.

Sizing a jacket is very different from sizing other clothes. Shoppers need to think about length, sleeve fit, and room for a hood. They also need to think about how they will wear it. A jacket worn over a thick sweater fits very differently from one worn on its own. That changes the overall fit a lot.
Fit matters even more for outerwear because of the weather. If a rain shell sits too short, water can find its way in at the back. If a puffer is too snug, the insulation cannot do its job. The wrong size does not just look off. It can change how warm and dry the jacket keeps the wearer.
Each style also cuts differently. A windbreaker, a rain shell, and a quilted puffer do not fit the same way, even in the same size. That makes a single size guide hard to trust, and it is where many returns start.
Fit Quiz starts with the size the shopper usually wears. From there, it asks how they want the jacket to fit. The questions feel like a short chat with a shop assistant, not a measurement exercise.
It is simple by design. Shoppers answer with what they already know about their own fit, not with measurements they have to look up. That keeps them engaged to the end and reduces mistakes. Each answer leads to a more accurate recommendation.
Once the quiz is complete, Fit Quiz uses these answers together with product sizing data. It recommends the most suitable size for each item, so a windbreaker and a puffer can get different results. The shopper can then add the recommended size to their cart with confidence.

When the recommended size is sold out, Fit Quiz asks the shopper for their email address inside the widget. The shopper gets notified when the size is back in stock.
Fit Quiz does not capture or store any emails on its own site. The emails go directly into the Back in stock flow in Klaviyo. The process is fully automated and privacy compliant.
JACK1T can track demand in the Out of stock report. It sits in the Performance dashboard inside the Fit Quiz app in Shopify, and it shows which products and sizes sell out most often. That helps the team make inventory decisions.
Since the launch, the sales conversion is 12.3 times higher when customers interact with Fit Quiz. The return rate decreased by 31% when shoppers used the recommended size. Together, these results mean JACK1T sells more jackets, and fewer of them come back.
The return on investment reached £15. For JACK1T, the impact shows up on both sides of the order. More shoppers complete their purchase, and fewer of those orders come back.
Fit Quiz gives shoppers more confidence before they check out. That helps make sure they get the right size for their perfect jacket from the first go.

Sizing is the question we hear most. Our jackets are worn over other layers, so the right fit matters even more. Fit Quiz gives shoppers a clear answer at the right moment. Since we added it, fewer orders come back, and our customers feel good about the jacket they chose.
