Hello, Shopify shops! We've been listening to your feedback and understand that you need more metrics to evaluate the performance of Fit Quiz. Well, we heard you loud and clear!

Our basic dashboard, accessible to all shops starting with the Starter plan, already provides you with valuable insights. But for those of you on Pro and Premium plans, we've previously rolled out additional metrics like the number of purchases, sales conversion, and returns rate.

Today, we're taking it to the next level! We're introducing three new metrics designed to give you a deeper understanding of your store's performance. Let's dive into what these are:

  1. ROI: The new ROI metric will show you the overall impact Fit Quiz has on your store's sales and returns. This is a game-changer, as it will help you understand the effectiveness of your investments. Curious to know, how the ROI metric is calculated? Check this article for more details.
  2. Gross Sales: We're providing a breakdown of the revenue generated based on our tracking and Shopify's tracking. All numbers will be displayed in your main currency, as set in Shopify.
  3. Top Products: This insightful chart will show you the top-10 products where Fit Quiz is used the most. Not only will you see the actual numbers for a selected period, but also the percentage from all interactions with Fit Quiz.

Currently, these Sales and Return metrics are available for shops on our Pro and Premium plans. Our dedicated data team will enable these metrics after Fit Quiz is launched on a "live" theme and all necessary tracking has been confirmed to function correctly.

This means you might not see these metrics on your Dashboard immediately, but don't worry! We will share monthly reports containing all these metrics in a PDF format until they're enabled.

Remember, at this stage, these metrics can't be enabled independently on the Performance dashboard. Our data team will handle this for you and will notify you once the metrics are available. We're working hard on making these metrics available from the get-go (as soon as Fit Quiz is "live") and aiming to bring this to our Shopify shops this fall.

Lastly, if you experience any issues or discrepancies with the metrics or have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team. We're here to help!

We're confident these new metrics will provide you with a deeper understanding of your shop's performance, and we can't wait to hear how they impact your success!
